Knowledge on transit oriented development, industrial and/or leisure/tourism masterplanning projects is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, Rhino, AutoCAD and SketchUp. Knowledge of specialised graphics software such as GIS and smart plug-ins, coding and AI-related programs or comparable software is a plus.
