Requirements:
This position also requires expert Excel and database knowledge experience in all aspects of HR reportingAn Associate Degree and 2 years related experience and/or trainingKnowledge of time and attendance systems and ID systemsConducting queries, analyzing data and creating / designing reports or formsWork creatively with company data to find new areas of improvementAssist on major re-alignment projects from the data perspective
