Handle end to end insurance requirements of the entire groupReview all the policies to ensure adequate cover is in placeComplete risk analysis for all units with recommendationsHandling yearly policy renewals which involves coordination with various departments to collect the values of stock,
Requirements:
Cost & Risk Analysis of the policies, prior to placement with detailed recommendation to the top managementMonitor yearly renewals to ensure all policies are renewed in a timely mannerConducting quarterly risk analysis of all the sites, warehouses, outlets, offices to ensure all safety precautions are in placeReconciling the complete statement of accounts and cascading the same to various groups within the companyRaising disputes with the insurers for any discrepancies in claimsConducting workshops for all employees to explain the benefits covered under their existing medical insurance planExcellent negotiation, analytical, interpersonal, organizational and communication skillsManaging insurance team by setting an example for team members of commitment, insurance management,
