At least 6 months of current experience in a healthcare setting (IE: ltc or hospital)
Valid BLS (CPR) Certification *We can help with this. Inquire w/ a recruiter
Valid active certification or licensure in desired working state
A copy of your TB Skin Test from anytime in the past 12 months
