Working with the Director of Awards & Marketing across the B2B portfolio of awards and networking eventsOffer support to the group’s conference division and recognize cross over marketing opportunities between the eventsPower the continued innovation of our awards portfolio – an innate sense of creativity and a hunger for new executions is a must for this roleDevelop an annual calendar and plans for the delivery of the group’s portfolio of events, and provide ongoing reportingEnsure budgets are agreed and set at the planning stage, and ensure all events are delivered within budgetCreate and coordinate detailed multi-channel marketing campaigns with the Marketing Manager, to support key pillars of each eventCreate and maintain event websites where required to act as a knowledge hub and nomination portal for events, in collaboration with the department Marketing Manager
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or event management, or 5 years equivalent work experience in a related fieldIndustry knowledge of building and managing awards programmes, gala dinners and experiential marketingProven event planning and delivery experienceFlexibility and a professional approach at all timesThe ability to self-supervise in order to meet deadlinesAbility to work in and contribute to a fun and dynamic team-based environmentTargets focussed and driven to produce cost effective excellence in events
