We are searching for an innovative sales specialist with a great analytical mind to join our team. The sales specialist will be tasked with leading the sales team and providing training to new hires, performing in-depth market research, preparing sales forecasts and advertising budgets, as well as updating existing marketing strategies. You should also be able to amend sales policies and make recommendations for business growth.Responsibilities:
Search and Selection – contacting candidates regarding availability and suitability for current vacancies;Formatting CVs;Interviewing candidates and preparing interview notes;Submission of suitable candidates CVs and interview notes to clients within defined timeframe;Arranging interviews upon request from clients;Preparing candidates for interviews;Obtaining feedback on candidates from client;Being a key contact in negotiation between clients and successful candidates on Job Offer;Proactive marketing of existing hot candidates;Logging Jobs onto the websites;
Requirements:
A customer-oriented, self-motivated critical thinker with a “Can-Do” attitudeBachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline1-3 years of experience working in a relevant area such as staffing industry operations, HR/recruiting within Oil & Gas business.Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively across all layers of the organization
