About Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 3 - 6 months program designed to provide an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants will have the opportunity to experience life at Binance and gain insights into the workings of the world's leading blockchain ecosystem. In addition to their primary responsibilities, there will be a focus on networking and skill development to enhance professional growth.Who May ApplyThis position is open to Bachelor's and Master's students.About This JobWe are seeking candidates to join our TechOps team as BAP in Technical Support. This role involves investigating and resolving technical queries related to the functioning of our ecosystem (Binance.com, Mobile Apps, etc.) and collaborating closely with Customer Support, internal Dev/Infra teams, and other stakeholders. This is an internship position based in UAE, Bahrain.Responsibilities
Provide technical support and handle urgent escalations from external or internal customers in a high-traffic production environmentCollaborate effectively with stakeholders including customers, product managers, developers, and managementAnalyze service ticket data, identify incident root causes, draft Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and participate in system-level improvementsWork closely with global product and development teams, participate in iteration, release, and roadmap planningEffectively prioritize multiple incidents and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentFocus on continuous improvement in service quality and efficiencyProvide coaching, training, optimization, and documentation of customer or business support processes
Requirements
Undergraduates in Computer Science or related field (with relevant internship experience)Strong problem-solving skills and logical thinkingExperience with Unix/Linux and shell scriptingKnowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL)Experience with web or app project support, including HTTP protocol, JavaScript, RESTful, JSON, Web Services, TCP/IP, Linux/UnixUnderstanding of software development methodologies and coding standardsExperience in software application debugging and troubleshootingKnowledge of technical support processes and escalation management
Passionate about technical support, capable of presenting to engineers, product managers, and customers.Additional InformationThis program requires candidates to be available to start in April/May 2024 for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
