Job OverviewWe are seeking confident and target-driven Tele Sales Representatives (Hindi Speakers) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, engaging customers effectively, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customersPersuade and influence clients through strong pitch delivery and objection handlingIdentify customer needs and recommend suitable products or servicesConvert inquiries and warm leads into successful salesAssist clients with account opening and first depositMaintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRMBuild rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication styleAchieve and exceed assigned sales targetsRequirementsFluent Hindi speakers only1–2 years of experience in tele sales, call center, BPO, customer service, or salesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyTarget-oriented with a customer-focused approachAbility to work in a fast-paced sales environmentJob DetailsLocation: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Availability: Immediate Joiners OnlySalary & BenefitsAED 3,000 basic salary + Performance-based incentivesWork visa provided1-week product trainingCareer growth and development opportunities
