Malayalee Chef in Sharjah We are seeking a skilled and experienced Malayalee Chef to join our team in Sharjah. As a chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking traditional Malayalee dishes, as well as creating new and innovative dishes that will delight our customers. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of Malayalee cuisine, including the use of herbs and spices, and be able to manage a busy kitchen with efficiency and creativity. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about cooking and wants to showcase their skills in an exciting multicultural environment. Salary for this position is 1400$ per month. Requirements
Must be of Malayalee nationality Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef, preferably in a Malayalee restaurant Extensive knowledge of traditional Malayalee cuisine Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and organizational skills Strong communication skills in order to effectively collaborate with other team members
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook authentic Malayalee dishes according to established recipes and standards Create new and innovative dishes that will attract customers Ensure that food quality meets our high standards at all times Train and supervise kitchen staff members on proper food preparation techniques Maintain inventory levels and order supplies when needed Keep track of all kitchen expenses and maintain budgetary guidelines Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Assist with menu planning
