What you'll do
Establish the maintenance, reliability and asset‐management strategy for a new multi‐technology manufacturing operation, influencing everything from equipment commissioning and factory ramp‐up to long‐term operational excellence.
Define and deploy a standardized maintenance and reliability strategy across a highly automated manufacturing campus.
Lead maintenance across advanced manufacturing technologies, including MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, PCBA and automated production systems, building the systems, processes and teams that will support world‐class manufacturing performance.
Drive equipment reliability, availability and performance through preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance programs.
Establish critical equipment, spare parts and business continuity strategies to minimize operational risk and downtime.
Champion reliability engineering practices, root‐cause analysis and continuous‐improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance performance.
Build, coach and develop high‐performing, multi‐skilled maintenance teams in a fast‐paced manufacturing environment.
Ensure maintenance readiness for equipment installation, commissioning, qualification and production ramp‐up activities.
Monitor maintenance KPIs, manage CAPEX investments and ensure full compliance with EHS, MESH and regulatory requirements.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent education.10+ years of maintenance leadership experience within high‐volume manufacturing environments.
Experience supporting automated production systems and modern manufacturing technologies.
SkillsDefine and deploy the maintenance and reliability strategy for a highly automated manufacturing campus, ensuring maximum equipment availability and performance.
Lead all maintenance activities across multiple technologies, including MCB Assembly, Plastic Injection, PCBA and automated production systems.
Establish critical equipment, spare parts and business continuity strategies to minimize operational risk and support uninterrupted production.
Build and develop high‐performing, multi‐skilled maintenance teams while driving a culture of reliability, accountability and operational excellence.
Drive reliability engineering, root‐cause analysis and continuous‐improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize maintenance performance.
Ensure maintenance readiness for new equipment installation, commissioning and ramp‐up, while managing KPIs, CAPEX investments and EHS compliance.
