This field-based leadership role centers on maintaining service delivery standards, conducting quality control site audits, and managing operational field teams. The position entails directing workforce allocation, supervising team leads, facilitating staff safety training, evaluating cleaning chemical and equipment usage, resolving client queries, and submitting performance reports to corporate operations leadership.
Core CompetenciesDirect daily cleaning operations and maintain service quality standards across multiple properties.
Execute scheduled and unannounced site inspections to audit cleanliness, safety compliance, and team performance. Oversee manpower deployment, shift rotas, attendance logs, and staff allocation across building sites.
Supervise, mentor, and train cleaning supervisors and frontline cleaning staff on chemical handling and equipment usage.
Address client inquiries, implement corrective operational plans, and prepare performance reports for senior management.
Skills & Experience RequiredProfessional Experience: 3+ years of experience in cleaning management, housekeeping supervision, or facilities management, with a track record across multi-building developments.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of commercial and residential sanitation protocols, cleaning chemicals, machinery, PPE usage, and health & safety standards.
Key Skills: Operations management, leadership, schedule optimization, problem-solving, quality assurance auditing, and UAE facilities experience.
