AI Security and Compliance Lead (Support Role) - SCS AI SolutionsSupport roles are not full time on site, but they must pass the same knockout screen and be reachable during UAE office hours. Partner-firm or freelance specialists are welcome.
The security and compliance lead makes sure every solution can pass a strict security and AI-governance review, and keeps the evidence that proves it. What you will doMap each solution to ISO 27001, UAE information-security standards and UAE data-protection law, and track gaps to closure.
Run threat models and AI-specific risk reviews (prompt injection, data leakage, model misuse) before each go-live.
Prepare security documentation, risk registers and audit evidence for the client and assessors.
Check alignment with responsible-AI principles and support AI certification requirements.
Review access, logging and incident procedures during managed operation.
Must haveSignificant experience in information security, governance, risk and compliance (more is a strong plus), ideally in UAE regulated sectors.
Working knowledge of UAE information-security standards (such as UAE IA) and ISO 27001.One of: CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor.
Must be present in UAE already and available to start immediately (with 5 days notice).Nice to haveISO/IEC 42001 (AI management system) or AI risk frameworks (NIST AI RMF).
