Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of AI professionals to deliver innovative AI solutions across various business units. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and devise appropriate AI strategies. Oversee the development and deployment of AI models and ensure they align with company goals and compliance standards. Monitor AI project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project timelines and objectives. Develop and implement best practices for AI model development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to promote AI solutions and drive adoption within the organization. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies to continually enhance the company's AI capabilities.
Requirements
Over 10 years of experience in AI or a related field, with a strong track record of delivering AI solutions. Proven experience in leading AI projects and teams. Strong understanding of AI technologies, frameworks, and tools. Ability to translate complex business problems into data-driven and AI-driven solutions. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python or R. Experience in using AI and machine learning platforms and tools. Excellent project management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proven ability to manage projects from conception through execution and delivery. Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence others. Certification in AI or machine learning is a plus.
