About Our ClientLeading healthcare services group operating across multiple GCC marketsJob DescriptionDevelop and execute group-wide human capital strategy aligned with business objectivesServe as a strategic advisor to the executive leadership teamLead HR operations governance policies and workforce planning across multiple entitiesDrive talent acquisition strategies for clinical corporate and executive hiringEstablish succession planning leadership development and organisational effectiveness programsOversee learning and development initiatives including a healthcare academy frameworkLead employee engagement wellbeing culture and retention initiativesManage compensation benefits and reward strategiesEnsure compliance with labour laws and workforce localisation requirementsSupport acquisitions integrations hospital openings and expansion projectsMonitor HR metrics workforce analytics and organisational performance indicatorsBuild relationships with regulatory authorities academic institutions and external partnersQualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience. Arabic Speaker ESSENTIAL At least 8-10 years of experience within healthcare organisations. Experience leading HR across multi-site and multi-country operations. Proven track record partnering with CEOs, Boards, or executive leadership teams. Strong knowledge of UAE and KSA employment legislation and workforce localisation programs. Expertise in organisational development, workforce planning, compensation, talent management, and change leadership.
Fluent English and Arabic language skills. Ability to operate effectively within multicultural GCC environments. Professional HR certifications and postgraduate qualifications are advantageous
