Job Description
As a Mobile App Developer supporting VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC on an on-site professional basis in Sharjah, UAE, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of mobile architecture, feature implementation, code quality governance, and cross-functional engineering collaboration.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications utilizing iOS (Swift/SwiftUI), Android (Kotlin/Java), and cross-platform frameworks (Flutter/Dart, React Native), integrating secure REST APIs and third-party financial services, enforcing mobile application security standards, data encryption, and robust authentication mechanisms, managing version control via Git, troubleshooting complex production anomalies, collaborating closely with product managers, financial analysts, and backend engineers during agile sprint cycles, and interacting directly with human resources recruitment divisions.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, design, develop, test, and maintain robust, high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms. Build scalable, cross-platform mobile user interfaces leveraging Flutter/Dart and React Native frameworks. Implement native mobile features and business logic utilizing Swift/SwiftUI for iOS and Kotlin/Java for Android. Integrate secure RESTful APIs, JSON data payloads, and third-party financial service integration endpoints.

Enforce rigorous mobile application security standards, data encryption protocols, secure local storage, and OAuth/JWT authentication mechanisms. Manage source code version control, branching strategies, and collaborative code reviews utilizing Git and GitHub/GitLab. Conduct comprehensive debugging, performance profiling, memory leak isolation, and cross-device testing across diverse mobile hardware. Maintain meticulous technical documentation, API integration guides, architecture specifications, and release runbooks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related technical discipline. Minimum of 7+ years of progressive professional hands‐on experience in mobile application development and software engineering. Strong, demonstrable operational expertise in native iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin/Java) mobile development.
