On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned IT and Communications Company, we looking for talented and motivated graduates to start their careers in the technology and telecommunications industry. This is an opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical exposure to a global technology environment, work with experienced professionals and contribute to real business and technology projects. The Positions are Open to All Nationalities We welcome graduates with strong academic backgrounds and a genuine interest in technology, telecommunications, ICT and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the business and position assigned, successful candidates may have the opportunity to:

Support technology and ICT-related projects and business activities. Work with experienced technical, commercial and business teams. Understand customer and business requirements and contribute to appropriate technology solutions. Support project, solution, service, sales or technical activities based on business requirements. Participate in technical and professional learning and development activities. Conduct research and analysis related to technology, products, customers and market trends. Prepare reports, presentations and other business or technical documentation. Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and teams. Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to project deliverables. Develop practical knowledge of the telecommunications and ICT industry.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in a technology-related discipline. Graduated in 2025 or 2026. Minimum CGPA of 3.0 / 4.0 or equivalent. Strong interest in technology, ICT, telecommunications or digital solutions. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technology environment. Ability to work effectively with colleagues from different functions and backgrounds. Willingness to work in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, depending on business requirements.

Relevant Academic Backgrounds Relevant disciplines may include, but are not limited to:

Computer Science Information Technology Information Systems Data Science Software Engineering Cybersecurity Electrical Engineering Telecommunications Engineering Mechatronics or related technology disciplines

Other technology-related majors may also be considered depending on the position.
