This role focuses on developing high-quality 3D architectural models, applying realistic textures and environmental lighting, and generating photorealistic visual renderings for client presentations and project design teams. The position involves interpreting architectural schematics and CAD drawings, applying material finishes, leveraging AI-driven visualization software, and collaborating closely with architects and interior designers to deliver visual assets within project timelines.
Core CompetenciesConvert 2D architectural blueprints and design concepts into accurate 3D models.
Produce high-resolution, photorealistic renderings for exterior and interior architectural presentations.
Configure realistic lighting, material textures, camera angles, and environmental contexts within rendering software.
Utilize AI visualization tools and advanced rendering engines to optimize workflow efficiency and visual fidelity.
Coordinate with architectural design teams to reflect design changes and ensure output compliance with project specifications.
Skills & Experience RequiredEducation & CredentialsDegree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Engineering, or a related field; a comprehensive architectural visualization portfolio is required.
Technical SoftwareProficiency in SketchUp, D5 Render, AI visualization platforms, and related rendering software packages.
Key SkillsDrawing interpretation, spatial visualization, texturing and lighting application, project multitasking, and attention to detail.
