The ideal candidate will have experience in student admissions, recruitment, or education sales and will be responsible for supporting student enrolment growth.
This role requires strong communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a target-focused approach. Candidates with UAE or GCC education sector experience will be preferred.
Primary DutiesGuide prospective students through course options, admission procedures, and enrolment processes.
Generate student leads and support enrolment targets.
Communicate with prospective students through calls, emails, and meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and applicants.
Follow up with interested candidates and assist them throughout the admission journey.
Maintain accurate student information and admissions records.
Support marketing and recruitment activities to increase student enrolments.
Candidate ProfileEducation & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); experience in student admissions, student recruitment, or education sales.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of student counselling and admissions processes; skilled in education sales, lead conversion, and customer relationship management.
Core Competencies:
Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving enrolment goals; strong communication and relationship-building skills; ability to handle prospective student inquiries professionally; UAE/GCC education sector experience preferred.
