Maintenance Engineer

Job SummaryThe Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of SenseTime Image Service systems across multiple theme parks and attractions in the UAE. The role includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, incident response, hardware replacement and supporting the installation and commissioning of new projects.

The engineer will work closely with the project delivery team, software engineers and customer representatives to ensure stable system operation and achieve the agreed service level SLA.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Operation MaintenancePerform daily inspection of all deployed Image Service systemsCarry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance scheduleMonitor the health status of cameras servers printers POS terminals and other field devicesEnsure all systems operate within the required SLAIncident ResponseRespond to hardware and software incidents in a timely mannerDiagnose and resolve issues related to cameras industrial PCs printers networking and peripheral devicesPerform equipment replacement and on-site troubleshootingEscalate issues to the development or engineering team when requiredInstallation Deployment SupportSupport hardware installation and system deployment for new projectsInstall and configure cameras industrial computers printers and related equipmentAssist with system commissioning testing and acceptanceVerify power network and infrastructure readiness before deploymentPreventive MaintenancePerform scheduled preventive maintenance on all deployed equipmentClean and inspect cameras enclosures and peripheral devicesVerify system software and hardware statusMaintain maintenance records and inspection reportsSpare Parts DocumentationManage spare parts inventoryRecord maintenance activities and incident reportsUpdate SOPs and technical documentation when requiredMaintain accurate maintenance logsCustomer SupportCoordinate with customer operation teams during maintenance activitiesProvide on-site technical support when requiredCommunicate maintenance progress and issue status to project stakeholdersQualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines.

ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in field maintenance, technical support or system maintenance.

Experience in Theme Park, CCTV, Camera Systems, IT Field Support, Industrial Equipment, Smart Devices or Security Systems is preferred.

QualificationsUAE Driving License.

Experience working in theme parks, attractions or entertainment venues.

Experience supporting AI camera systems, imaging systems or smart devices.

Experience with CCTV systems (Hikvision, Dahua or similar).Basic understanding of networking equipment such as switches and routers.

Working ConditionsOn-site support across Yas Island and Dubai attractions. Weekend, public holiday or emergency support may be required based on operational needs. Participation in new project installation, commissioning and system upgrades when required.
