Lead and supervise the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest service standards are consistently met and exceeded. Orchestrate seamless service flow during peak hours, expertly managing table assignments, reservations, and guest requests. Train, mentor, and motivate junior waitstaff, fostering a positive and high-performing work environment. Oversee inventory and stock levels for tableware, linens, and service equipment, ensuring readiness and presentation. Desired Candidate ProfileMinimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments. Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a service team in a demanding setting. Excellent command of English, with fluency in an additional language (e.g., French, Spanish) being a significant advantage. Strong understanding of wine, food pairings, and beverage service protocols.
