Role Description The Director at TheAgent | Agentes de IA will lead overall operations and strategic initiatives for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations. This full-time, on-site role in Laguna Beach, CA involves overseeing multidisciplinary teams, setting performance targets, and monitoring key metrics to drive growth and efficiency. The Director will collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, manage budgets, and optimize internal processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising project delivery, developing and implementing policies, guiding business development efforts, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment. The Director will also represent the organization in key meetings, maintain strong relationships with partners and clients, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.
Qualifications
Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Strategic planning and business development skills, with experience in setting goals, defining roadmaps, and driving growth. Operational and organizational skills, such as process optimization, resource planning, and budget management. Communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear written and verbal communication and relationship building with clients and partners.
Analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess risks, and make informed, timely decisions. Experience in technology-driven or AI-focused environments is highly beneficial. Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus. Ability to work on-site in Laguna Beach, CA and maintain a professional, inclusive, and ethical workplace culture.
