Charterhouse is working with one of the leading multinational food manufacturing FMCG companies. Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join their Team.
Your core responsibility will be to support the business unit by maintaining strong customer management and development. You will also be responsible for managing customer complaints, order management and fulfilment and the end to end logistics operation.
Main duties include maintaining strong customer relations, managing market complaints, taking ownership of supply side of customer collaboration and ensuring product availability. In addition you will guarantee customer specific demand and inventory requirements are communicated.
The successful candidate will support sales, marketing and finance related activities across all categories into the GCC.
You should be CIPS qualified, have excellent SAP operating experience and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar customer service / logistics or supply chain role within a leading multinational company.
