About the Company Diversified Integrated Sports Clinic (DISC) is a leading multidisciplinary healthcare provider across the UAE (Dubai: DHCC, JLT & Abu Dhabi) and Kuwait. We bring together physiotherapists, chiropractors, sports medicine specialists, and allied health professionals under one roof, because integrated care delivers better outcomes. About the Role This role is for a clinically confident physiotherapist who takes pride in delivering thorough assessments, evidence-based treatment plans, and an exceptional patient experience. You'll work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment where integrated care is genuinely practiced. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments using a range of clinical techniques Design and deliver effective, evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans Integrate therapies across disciplines where clinically appropriate Communicate with patients in a safe, clear, caring, and compassionate manner Ensure every patient interaction reflects DISC's commitment to high-quality care Adhere to all departmental protocols, SOPs, and infection control processes Maintain current DHA licence status and complete all facility licensing requirements on time Uphold DISC brand standards across all clinical and operational activity Contribute to monthly revenue KPIs through consistent, high-quality clinical delivery
Qualifications
DHA licensed physiotherapist (please note your licence status in your application) Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy; Master's in Rehabilitation or relevant clinical field preferred Minimum 5 years' experience in a clinic or outpatient setting Sound knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation of physical dysfunction Familiarity with DHA and Ministry of Health regulations Experience with infection control processes Collaborative, patient-focused mindset with strong communication skills
Required Skills
DHA licensed physiotherapist Clinical assessment and treatment planning Effective communication skills Knowledge of infection control processes
Preferred Skills
Master's in Rehabilitation or relevant clinical field Experience in a multidisciplinary team
