Full‐timeKey ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate BIM processes for MEP disciplines across design and construction stagesEnsure all digital information is accurate, current, and accessible to project stakeholdersCoordinate with project managers, BIM authors, consultants, and internal teams to maintain consistent data flowDevelop, implement, and enforce BIM execution plans in line with project standardsEnsure BIM models and digital files are correctly formatted and compatible with coordination platforms including NavisworksPerform clash detection, coordination reviews, and issue resolution across multidisciplinary modelsSupport document submission processes and follow up on approvals and resubmissionsEnsure drawings and models comply with local authority requirements and applicable standardsManage resubmission of drawings and models based on engineer and authority commentsReview IFC models for GFC drawing preparation and identify discrepanciesMaintain coordination during design development, construction documentation, and site executionIdeal ProfileBachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringBIM‐related certification such as Autodesk or ISO 19650 is an advantageMinimum 6‐8 years of experience in MEP design and BIM coordinationProven experience coordinating BIM for medium to large‐scale construction projectsStrong background in multidisciplinary coordination including architectural, structural, interior, landscape, and MEP teamsProficiency in Revit, Navisworks, ACC, Revizto, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and related BIM toolsStrong knowledge of BIM execution plans, LOD requirements, clash detection, and ISO 19650 standardsFamiliarity with common data environments such as BIM 360 or ACCIn‐depth understanding of MEP systems, installation requirements, and construction sequencingAbility to validate BIM models for accuracy, constructability, and regulatory complianceStrong organizational, coordination, and communication skillsLeadership capability to guide BIM modelers and junior staffAbout the CompanyAzizi Developments is a Dubai‐based real estate developer delivering high‐quality residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed‐use projects across prime locations in the UAE.
