We are looking for an AI/LLM Application Engineer to develop secure, production-ready AI features for an internal relationship-management platform. The role focuses on building governed AI solutions with RAG, citations, evaluations, human approval workflows, and controlled Arabic report generation.

ResponsiblitiesAssess existing architecture, data sources, and AI integration requirements.

Build and optimize RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, citations, guardrails, and fallback mechanisms.

Develop Python/TypeScript services and UI workflows for AI outputs, feedback, and approvals.

Implement security features including RBAC, logging, monitoring, and data controls.

Create AI evaluation frameworks to measure quality, safety, and reliability.

Support deployment, production releases, and technical handoverProduction-ready AI featuresReliable RAG systems with citationsAI quality evaluation frameworkSecure deployment and monitoringMust Have4+ years of software engineering experience with production LLM implementations.

Hands-on experience delivering LLM-powered features used by real usersExperience with AI evaluation, prompt versioning, observability, and secure deploymentsStrong RAG experience including embeddings, retrieval, grounding, and citations.

Nice to haveExperience with Arabic AI applications, RTL handling, and multilingual systemsBackground in relationship management, finance, research, or regulated industries.

Experience with KSA/GCC data protection and AI governance requirementsKnowledge of human-in-the-loop AI workflows and governed AI systems. Experience extending internal platforms and building admin tools.
