Develop, test, and release software solutions that address end-to-end problems within the business domain.

Deliver incremental improvements through small and continuous releases aligned with engineering standards.

Build scalable backend systems while ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.

Contribute to improving engineering workflows, development practices, and system architecture.

Analyze and simplify complex systems, processes, and technical solutions to enhance efficiency and performance. Ideal ProfileMinimum three years of professional software engineering experience.

Experience working in environments that follow modern engineering practices such as Extreme Programming, Lean development, and Continuous Delivery.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Golang.

Experience implementing automated testing with strong focus on end-to-end quality.

Knowledge of distributed systems architecture including microservices, event-driven systems, and RESTful services. Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.

Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.

Familiarity with trunk-based development and continuous delivery pipelines.
