Handle sales and leasing of residential properties on Palm Jumeirah.
Generate new leads through networking, referrals, social media, property portals, and prospecting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
Conduct property viewings and present properties professionally.
Advise clients on property prices, market trends, rental yields, and investment opportunities.
Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, listings, and client interactions.
Stay updated on Palm Jumeirah properties, market trends, and new developments.

Minimum 6 months of experience in UAE/Dubai real estate.
Knowledge of Palm Jumeirah and Dubai's luxury property market is preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good English communication skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills.
UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
Additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, French, Hindi, or Mandarin are an advantage.
