We are looking for an experienced and organized Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, manage teams, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, monitoring performance, managing resources, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership position.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and relevant business/operations software.
Strong understanding of budgeting, reporting, KPIs, and process improvement.
Experience managing and developing teams.
