Hotel Duty Engineer - Dubai Academic City
Responsibilities
- Stay in the moment by understanding as well as preparing for guests' needs, being conscientious and also taking ownership of obtaining points done.
- Make it memorable by being educated, sharing stories and showing your design to create minutes that make people feel unique.
- Makes sure that the Design procedures are reliable and productive throughout the shift in conformity with InterContinental Hotels Group requirements to make certain optimal performance and also visitor contentment.
- Maintain the hotel in your qualified trade to the preferred basic * Shift assessment and also rectification
- Complete work orders as requested by the Principal Engineer to fulfill client needs
- Initiate/identify task job needed throughout the resort * Implement and also activity the preventative upkeep program
- Show versatility in altering the work schedule due to guest concerns
- General constructing minor maintenance repairs
- Make sure pool chemical degree is in accordance with legislative requirements, is vacuumed as well as bordering area maintained to criteria established
- Make certain plant rooms are inspected and cleansed and also are in operating order
- Carry pager and react to demands from departments regarding small maintenance issues throughout the day
- Conduct lighting checks to make sure all globes remain in functioning order
- Investigate reported mistakes for laundry as well as cooking area devices
- Perform any type of minor repair work to visitor rooms or public areas
- Communicate straight with departments pertaining to the conclusion of job orders as well as focus on in order of visitor contentment
Skills

Credentials
- Certified in Electric or Mechanical Design.
