RCM Recruitment Event

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate end-to-end recruitment events from initial planning and venue selection to post-event candidate follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of high-caliber candidates specifically for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) roles.
• Design and implement engaging event formats that showcase company culture and career opportunities within RCM.
• Manage all logistical aspects, including budget tracking, vendor coordination, and on-site event execution, ensuring operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or event management, with a focus on healthcare or RCM.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing recruitment events or large-scale hiring initiatives.
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms for candidate management and data analysis.
