- Proven experience in Dubai's real estate market and a track record of successful sales
- Sales acumen and negotiation skills to secure the best deals
- Ability to build and nurture lasting client relationships
- Must be self‑motivated, target‑driven, and aiming for top results
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills; additional languages a plus
