Receive and monitor incoming Talabat orders through the order management system.
Coordinate with kitchen or store staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and on time.
Manage inventory and check product availability for incoming orders.
Pack and verify orders to ensure all items are correct before dispatch.
Coordinate with Talabat delivery riders and hand over prepared orders.
Update order status in the system and ensure timely dispatch.
Handle order delays, missing items, and other operational issues.
Maintain an organized dispatch area and ensure smooth daily operations.
Communicate with team members to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently.

Working Hours: 12 hours per day.
Weekly Off: 1 day off per week.
Language Skills: Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
Communication: Good communication skills are required to coordinate with team members and delivery riders.
Responsibilities: Manage inventory, process incoming orders, ensure accurate order preparation, and hand over orders to delivery riders on time.
Work Attitude: Must be responsible, punctual, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
