Day-to-Day Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Qualify leads and forward them to the right sales or leasing agents
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and follow-ups in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless communication

Who We re Looking For
- You don t need a real estate background but you do need confidence clarity and focus
- Based in Dubai or ready to relocate
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Professional polite and patient on the phone
- Organized reliable and detail-oriented
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center telesales or customer service role required
- Fluent in English any other language is a plus
