As an ICU Specialist in Al Ain you will provide expert care to critically ill adult patients requiring intensive monitoring and advanced life-support interventions You will lead the assessment diagnosis and management of complex medical conditions within the Intensive Care Unit while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best possible patient outcomes This role offers an excellent opportunity for physicians specialising in critical care and intensive care medicine who are seeking to build long-term careers within an established healthcare environment
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and manage critically ill adult patients in the Intensive Care Unit
- Provide advanced life-support interventions and emergency critical care management
- Diagnose and manage complex acute medical conditions
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as required
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Deliver high standards of clinical excellence and compassionate patient care
Requirements
- Medical degree with specialisation in Critical Care or Intensive Care Medicine
- Specialist-level qualification
- DOH License or DOH Eligibility is mandatory
- Experience managing adult ICU patients
- Strong critical care and emergency response skills
- Willingness to work in the Al Ain region
- Available to join immediately or within a notice period of up to three months
- Excellent clinical, communication, and decision-making abilities
