We are seeking an experienced Semiconductor Fab Director / Foundry Operations Lead to lead semiconductor manufacturing, fab operations, production performance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead fab operations, wafer manufacturing, production planning, and operational strategy.
• Manage yield, throughput, cycle time, quality, capacity, and cost performance.
• Oversee process engineering, equipment, facilities, maintenance, and production teams.
• Drive yield improvement, process optimisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor manufacturing KPIs, quality standards, operational targets, and performance systems.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, semiconductor manufacturing, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Technology, and Commercial teams.
• Lead and develop large-scale technical and manufacturing organisations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven senior experience in semiconductor fab, wafer manufacturing, foundry, or high-volume manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes, yield management, equipment, cleanroom operations, and manufacturing systems.
• Strong operational, analytical, strategic, financial, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing large manufacturing teams, production capacity, capital projects, and operational budgets.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, quality systems, and continuous improvement is preferred.
