What you’ll do

You will love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture values and bring the Company Philosophy We Care to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will create real connections and meaningful relationships by utilizing collective intelligence from all sources.
• You will oversee the front of house operation of the Residence Lobby.
• You will greet residents their family members and visitors as they arrive/depart make them feel at home and ensure our residents receive nothing but the best experience.
• You will motivate train supervise evaluate and counsel your team of Doormen Lobby and Wellness Hosts
• You will plan daily weekly monthly and quarterly assignments for the Doormen and Lobby and Wellness Hosts.
