Barbers are responsible for providing quality hair cutting styling and grooming services to clients They must have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired style Barbers must also have knowledge of different hair types and textures as well as the ability to use various tools and products for styling This position requires a candidate who is skilled in using scissors clippers razors and other barbering tools The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and be knowledgeable about current trends in mens grooming This job is based in Dubai UAE and preference will be given to Indian nationals with own visa

Responsibilities

- Greet clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Consult with clients to understand their desired style
- Provide hair cutting styling and grooming services according to client preferences
- Use various tools and products for cutting trimming and shaping hair
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in mens grooming
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Schedule appointments for clients and manage appointment book
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely manner

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Barber or similar role
- Knowledge of different hair types and textures
- Proficiency in using barbering tools such as scissors clippers razors etc
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Knowledgeable about current trends in mens grooming
- Must hold a valid certification or license as a Barber optional
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred with own visa not mandatory

Salary 1000$ per month negotiable based on experience
