We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent-Female to join our growing team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales and communication skills with the ability to handle client inquiries and convert prospects into successful property transactions.
- Assist clients in buying, selling and leasing of residential properties.
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, investors and property owners.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inquiries.
- Understand clients property requirements, budgets and investment objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and pricing.
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using the company CRM system.
- Conduct property viewings and present opportunities professionally.
- Negotiate offers and successfully close real estate transactions.
- Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries, viewings, offers, closed deals.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines from Dubai Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency.

Requirements
- Gender: Female.
- Minimum 06-1 year of sales, telesales, or real estate experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
- Strong time-management skills.
