The selected candidate will act as a key link between customers and service operations, ensuring smooth service delivery, effective communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers professionally and understand service requirements
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely service delivery
• Provide accurate information on service status, costs, and timelines
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups
• Maintain service records and update customer information
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license is required
• Fluent Arabic speaker (strong advantage)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced automotive/service environment.
