RAK Ceramics is currently seeking detail-oriented Quality Control Inspectors to actively monitor production lines and ensure all finished tiles and sanitaryware meet our rigorous international export standards.
Primary Responsibilities
- Examine ceramic products continuously as they exit the kilns to identify any structural flaws, chipping, or shading irregularities.
- Perform calibrated stress and dimension tests on randomly selected production batches within the on-site laboratory.
- Isolate defective materials immediately from the packaging line and document the root causes of production errors in the digital database.
- Collaborate effectively with machine operators to adjust kiln temperatures and pressing mechanisms when defect rates spike.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience: At least two years of hands-on inspection experience within heavy manufacturing, ideally focusing on building materials or ceramics.
- Skills: High attention to detail, strong stamina to stand for long durations, and basic computer proficiency for reporting tasks.
- Documentation: Candidates must possess a valid UAE residency and be legally cleared for an immediate employer transfer.
