Entry-level Baker
We are seeking an Entry-level Baker to join our team in Dubai. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and eager to learn from experienced bakers.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Roll, cut, and shape dough for breads and pastries
- Bake goods in ovens or on grills
- Decorate and frost cakes and other desserts
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Follow food safety standards at all times
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy items
- Attention to detail for decorating baked goods
- Willingness to learn from experienced bakers
Salary:
We offer a salary of 1600$ per month plus tips. This is a contract job with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Location:
This position is based in Dubai, but we welcome candidates of any nationality. Fluency in English is not required for this position.
