Position Summary

Engineering & Technology Solutions (ETS) is seeking an experienced Nokia CS Core Expert to support mission‑critical telecom core network operations in the Middle East. This senior‑level role focuses on Nokia Legacy Core and Cloud Core technologies, requiring extensive experience in operations, maintenance, upgrades, and service assurance within large‑scale mobile network environments.

Detailed Job Description

As a Nokia CS Core Expert, you will be responsible for the administration, optimization, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management of Nokia Circuit Switched (CS) Core and Cloud Core platforms. The role requires deep technical expertise across telecom core operations, upgrades, change management, and service continuity. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure network stability, performance, and service availability. This position offers the opportunity to support cutting‑edge telecom transformation initiatives and contribute to major mobile network modernization programs across the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Nokia CS Core and Cloud Core platforms
• Perform operations, maintenance, fault management, and troubleshooting activities
• Execute software upgrades, migrations, and change management initiatives
• Monitor network performance and ensure service availability
• Support incident resolution and root cause analysis activities
• Coordinate with vendors and cross‑functional telecom teams
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures
• Ensure compliance with telecom operational standards and best practices
• Support network optimization and modernization projects
• Participate in planning, implementation, and operational readiness activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience with Nokia CS Core technologies
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Nokia Cloud Core platforms
• Strong background in Back Office Operations, Care Operations, and Network Operations
• Experience performing platform upgrades and software lifecycle management
• Knowledge of telecom core network architecture and service assurance principles
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working in large telecom operator environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with VoLTE, IMS, EPC, or 5G Core technologies
• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud‑native telecom environments
• Experience with Nokia Network Services Platform (NSP)
• Exposure to telecom automation and orchestration tools
• Previous Middle East telecom project experience
