• Follow strict software-guided instructions that tell the worker exactly which shelf size is best for a specific toy or hardback book.
• Maintain a completely clean workstation by folding empty cardboard boxes and throwing them directly into the green recycling conveyors.

Rules for Selection:

• Visual Sorting: Matching product shapes and sizes quickly to find the perfect empty space inside the crowded storage bins without crushing other items.
• Physical Stamina: Standing on hard concrete floors, bending down constantly, and reaching high shelves for a full ten-hour working shift.
• Tech Literacy: Navigating the internal Amazon warehouse software on digital touchscreens rapidly without making continuous barcode scanning errors.
