Senior Technical Coordinator (Arch)
About The Role
The Senior Technical Coordinator – Architecture will be responsible for managing and coordinating all architectural technical aspects of luxury villas and residential property projects. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can bridge design intent with execution, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and facilitate seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate architectural design and technical documentation across projects.
- Review and validate drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance.
- Liaise with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and support during construction phases.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of design changes and approvals.
- Drive process improvements and ensure efficient design coordination workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; Master’s preferred.
- 15-20 years of experience in architectural coordination within contracting or consultancy firms.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and UAE regulations.
- Proficiency in design software (Auto CAD, Revit, BIM tools).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
