Job Purpose
To supervise and drive the sales team to achieve sales targets in line with sales plans and strategies expand market coverage strengthen customer relationships and ensure effective execution across strong Modern Trade Traditional Trade Key Accounts and Pharmacy channels strong in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for assigned territories channels
- Supervise motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team
- Plan daily sales routes customer coverage and field activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key outlets
- Drive distribution product availability SKU penetration and market expansion
- Ensure effective execution of promotions merchandising pricing and visibility
- Monitor competitor activities market trends and customer requirements
- Conduct regular field visits and coach team members to improve productivity
- Coordinate with Warehouse Logistics Finance and Operations teams for smooth order fulfillment and collections
- Monitor sales KPIs outlet coverage productive calls strike rate collections and team performance
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to Sales Management
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies processes and reporting requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field required. 7–10 years of FMCG sales experience, especially in sales and distribution operations, in the UAE. Proven experience in supervising field sales teams, including salesmen, merchandisers, etc. Good knowledge of UAE FMCG market and Retail channels. Experience in Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, Key Accounts and/or Pharmacy channels. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and customer-management skills. Target-oriented with strong commercial and analytical abilities. Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel. Valid UAE driving license.
