Document Controller role in Dubai with Parsons Corporation supporting Civil Engineering projects, managing documentation workflows, and ensuring accurate tracking and control of project records.

What You'll Do
- Plan and implement document control systems for efficient processing of project documents
- Coordinate document flow between engineering, construction, and project teams
- Manage electronic document systems including Aconex and internal platforms
- Process documents through defined workflows and control procedures
- Register, track, and monitor incoming and outgoing documents
- Maintain document logs, transmittals, and reporting records
- Support users in locating and managing electronic documentation
- Maintain document distribution schedules based on project requirements
- Ensure compliance with document retention and archiving policies
- Organize cataloging, storage, and disposal of documents at project closeout
- Supervise document control activities and support team coordination
- Ensure timely delivery of documents within project deadlines
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of document databases
Ideal Profile
- Graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- At least 3 years in document control within construction or engineering projects
- Proficiency in Aconex and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of electronic document management systems
- Knowledge of document control procedures and workflows
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
