Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within freight forwarding, sea freight, air freight, road transportation, warehousing, and 3PL services.
- Coordinate closely with the operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth service implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and resolve commercial concerns by coordinating with the relevant internal departments.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and KPIs.
- Develop opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional logistics and supply-chain services to existing customers.
- Attend logistics exhibitions, trade shows, industry events, networking meetings, and business forums to expand the company's client base and market presence.
- Prepare regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates, market intelligence, and business forecasts for management. Requirements
- Proven UAE experience in business development/sales within the logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, or 3PL industry .
- Strong knowledge of the UAE logistics and freight forwarding market.
- Existing contacts/network with potential B2B clients will be an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to generate leads, acquire new customers, and close business deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management systems.
- Immediate joiners are preferred. Pay: AED8,000.00
