Experience:
1–5 Years Department: Business Development & Marketing Employment Type: Full-Time Preferred: UAE Banking Experience Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Direct Marketing Executive with prior UAE banking experience to generate new business opportunities for our auditing and accounting firm. The candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with SMEs, corporate clients, business owners, entrepreneurs, and other potential customers to promote the firm's professional services. Candidates with experience in UAE banking, particularly in SME banking, business banking, relationship management will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, SMEs, trading companies, restaurants, real estate companies, and other businesses across the UAE.
- Generate new business leads through direct marketing, field visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Promote auditing, accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and financial consultancy services.
- Arrange client meetings and business presentations to introduce the firm's services.
- Convert prospective leads into paying clients and achieve assigned sales targets. Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing.
- 1–5 years of experience in UAE banking, preferably in SME banking, business banking, or corporate relationship management.
- Experience in direct sales, customer acquisition, and relationship management.
- Good understanding of the UAE corporate business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently generate leads and convert them into business.
- Valid UAE driving licence will be an advantage.
