We are looking for a skilled and experienced 2D Draftsman & 3D Visualizer to join our team and work on high-end interior fit-out and renovation projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in interior fit-out detailing, shop drawings, 3D visualization, and UAE authority submission drawings. UAE authority submission experience is mandatory for this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality 2D technical and construction drawings for interior fit-out projects.
- Develop shop drawings for joinery, partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, furniture, and other interior works.
- Prepare detailed design development and construction drawings.
- Prepare UAE authority submission and approval drawings as required.
- Create high-quality 3D models, concepts, and realistic renders using 3ds Max.
- Develop interior layouts, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings.
- Coordinate drawings with designers, project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Revise drawings based on client, consultant, authority, and site requirements.
- Conduct site visits when required to verify dimensions and existing conditions.
- Ensure all drawings are accurate, properly coordinated, and issued according to project standards.
- Maintain proper drawing registers, revisions, and documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with relevant UAE regulations, authority requirements, and project specifications.
- Support the project team with technical drawings and visual presentations throughout the project. Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in UAE interior fit-out / renovation / interior design projects.
- Proven UAE authority submission experience is mandatory.
- Strong practical knowledge of interior fit-out construction and detailing.
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and 3ds Max.
- Strong experience in preparing shop drawings and detailed technical drawings.
- Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills.
- Experience with Corona Renderer, V-Ray, or similar rendering software.
- Knowledge of SketchUp and/or Revit will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of joinery, ceilings, partitions, flooring, finishes, furniture, and other interior construction details.
- Good knowledge of relevant UAE building regulations and authority requirements.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and consultant drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately are preferred. Preferred Candidate We are particularly interested in candidates who can handle both technical drafting and 3D visualization independently, from initial concept development through detailed construction/shop drawings. Experience with Dubai Municipality (DM), Dubai Development Authority (DDA), Dubai Civil Defence (DCD), Trakhees, DHA, or other UAE authority submissions will be highly advantageous.
