Key Responsibilities
\
* Manage aluminium and facade projects from award to final handover. \
* Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments. \
* Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources. \
* Review project drawings, material submittals, and technical documents. \
* Ensure fabrication and installation activities are completed as per project requirements. \
* Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports. \
* Manage project teams including engineers, supervisors, and site personnel. \
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements. \
* Attend client and consultant meetings. \
* Manage variations, claims, and project documentation.
Requirements:
\
* Minimum 3-5years of total experience. \
* Minimum 5-5 years of UAE experience in Aluminium Fabrication and Facade Projects. \
* Strong knowledge of curtain wall, doors, windows, cladding, and aluminium systems. \
* Experience managing fabrication and installation teams. \
* Strong understanding of project planning, budgeting, and execution. \
* Excellent communication and leadership skills. \
* UAE Driving License is must. \
* Available to join immediately or within short notice. Preferred Background: \
* Aluminium Fabrication Companies. \
* Facade Contractors. \
* Building Envelope Contractors. Pay: AED4,000.00
